Printed one at a time near ODU

Hi, I’m Cynthia.
I make tiny things.

My 3D printer arrived as a birthday gift. At first, I was simply curious. I loved watching an idea slowly appear, one tiny layer at a time, until something I had only seen on a screen was suddenly sitting in my hands.

My first prints were not perfect, but they felt a little like magic. I began making goofy animals for my friends. They laughed at the enormous moving eyes, chose their favorites, and kept asking what I would make next.

Seeing something I made become part of someone else’s desk, backpack, or day made me want to keep going. That small spark became Little Red Prints.

What I discovered

The best part
was the smiles.

A small animal can take three to six hours to print. Sometimes I color it by hand, smooth a rough spot, or try again when a print does not turn out. But when a friend picks it up, moves its huge eyes, and smiles, all that waiting feels worthwhile.

How the little shop began

A birthday gift
found a purpose.

What began as something fun for me became a way to make something personal for other people, too.

  1. 01

    My friends made it matter

Their excitement showed me that a silly little animal could become a favorite gift, desk companion, or reason to smile.

  2. 02

I learned to make with care

Printing takes time, filament, coloring, and patience. The small layer lines and hand-finished details make every piece a little different.

  3. 03

    Little Red Prints was born

I created this shop so people around ODU can choose something they love, and I can keep learning, printing, and sharing what I make.

What I hope it can become

A little joy
can travel further.

This shop began because a small handmade object made my friends happy. It taught me that kindness does not have to be big to matter—it can begin with making one person’s day a little brighter.

Each order first helps cover filament, coloring, and supplies so I can keep creating. When the project leaves me with extra earnings, I will donate part of them to help provide food, drinking water, or useful everyday items for people nearby who need support.
