The most common questions about ordering, delivery, and making your print feel like yours.
How can I receive my order?
Free delivery is available within approximately 2 miles of Old Dominion University's Norfolk campus. The map above is a guide, and Cynthia will confirm your address before printing. ODU pickup is also available by arrangement.
How do pre-orders work?
Most animals are printed after you order. Choose a design, keep its default look or add color notes, and place your pre-order. Cynthia will confirm the timing with you.
When will my order be ready?
Most orders are ready in about 3 days. During a busy week, please allow up to 1 week because every piece is printed one at a time.
Can I choose custom colors?
Yes. Custom colors are optional—you can keep the colors shown in the photos, choose one or several available colors, and explain which color should go on each part.
Are there discounts for several animals?
Yes. Order 2 for 5% off, 3 for 10% off, 5 for 15% off, or 10 for 20% off. The discount is calculated automatically in your cart.
Will every print look exactly like the photo?
Each piece is handmade. Small layer lines, seams, uneven areas, material buildup, or marks from sanding and coloring may be visible and are part of its handmade character.
